SPECIAL GUESTS: Marissa Arcuri, manager of the Applebee’s restaurant in the Staten Island Mall, New Springville; Ginger Lamont; Ginger’s dad, Gary Lamont; Cameron Lamont and mom, Jennifer Lamont, and Jennifer Cocozello, a server at the restaurant. As part of Cameron’s visit to New York, the Lamont family were guests at Applebee’s on July 4th. Cameron was diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer in August 2008, and after treatments, Cameron expressed a desire to visit New York to take in the sights. The trip was arranged by Sharon Chernok of Chef David’s Kids. Apple-Metro, owner operator of all Applebee’s restaurants on Staten Island, was pleased to welcome the Lamonts. The family of six resides in Michigan.
